Brad Robinson
Dr. Bradley Robinson is known for his work in the creative and critical capacities of digital technologies in literacy education, specifically examining such topics as novice video game design, digital platforms in and out of education, and artificial intelligence. His commitment to mindful, authentic, and just implementations of digital technologies runs deep, and it informs his work in support of ethical and equitable literacy education across ages and contexts. His work has appeared in Written Communication; Learning, Media, and Technology; International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education; Qualitative Inquiry; Literacy Research: Theory, Method, and Practice; Postdigital Science in Education, and English Journal. Formerly a secondary English teacher in North Carolina, Brad holds a Ph.D. in Language and Literacy Education from the University of Georgia. He also holds an M.A. in English from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English in Middlebury, Vermont. Dr. Robinson is an assistant professor of educational technology and secondary education in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Texas State University.
